This 1.27 Cu.Ft gravity-convection oven is new. Temperature range to 225C/437F with uniformity of +/-2C. Cabinets have heavy steel double-wall construction. Temperature is controlled by an automatic hydraulic thermostat. Inside is galvanized steel. Supplied with 2 adjustable wire shelves and 1 fixed bottom shelf. Temperature uniformity is +/- 5C.
